Discovery and design take one to two weeks each and produce a written spec. The build runs four to twelve weeks with weekly working deployments. Fixed-scope builds start at $3,000, product MVPs at $8,000, and ongoing engineering retainers at $1,500 per month. After the written spec is agreed, you see working software every week, deployed to a staging environment you can click, not screenshots in a slide deck. Questions get answered the same day on WhatsApp or email. Scope changes are priced in writing before they happen, never discovered on an invoice. At handover you receive the repositories, credentials, infrastructure access and documentation - and if you would rather never think about servers again, our ongoing engineering retainer keeps the system monitored, patched and improving. Three of our longest-running clients started with a single small build and have stayed for years; that retention, more than any pitch, is what we would point to.
