After the written spec is agreed, you see working software every week, deployed to a staging environment you can click, not screenshots in a slide deck. Questions get answered the same day on WhatsApp or email. Scope changes are priced in writing before they happen, never discovered on an invoice. At handover you receive the repositories, credentials, infrastructure access and documentation - and if you would rather never think about servers again, our ongoing engineering retainer keeps the system monitored, patched and improving. Three of our longest-running clients started with a single small build and have stayed for years; that retention, more than any pitch, is what we would point to.

How much does software development cost in Uganda?

A business system runs UGX 1.5M to 25M, depending on what it has to do. A programme platform for an NGO or donor-funded team runs UGX 25M to 90M. Government and national systems run UGX 150M to 1.5bn and are usually quoted per financial year. Where you land inside a band depends on scope, and you get the exact price in writing before work begins.

Do you work with clients outside Uganda?

Yes - we run systems in three countries and work remotely with international clients. East Africa Time overlaps European and US East Coast working hours, and we invoice in USD.

Who owns the code?

You do, from day one. Repositories and infrastructure are yours or handed over in full, with no lock-in.

How fast can you start?
