Build systems that actually run.
We have no open roles right now. When we hire, we contact the talent pool first, so the best move is to introduce yourself below.
Production over demos
Everything we ship runs live for real users: governments, NGOs, businesses, and our own products. You will not spend a year on a prototype nobody uses.
AI-operated company
Our own infrastructure is run by AI systems we built: deployments, monitoring and security operate autonomously with engineers setting the boundaries. Working here means working that way.
Remote-first, Kampala-rooted
We work remotely by default across timezones, with the company registered and rooted in Kampala. Output matters, presence does not.
Small team, real ownership
Five engineers, twenty-five plus production systems. You own what you build end to end: architecture, delivery and the pager that comes with it.
Join the talent pool
Send a short email: who you are, what you have built that runs in production, and a link to something you are proud of. No CV formatting rituals. When a role opens, this list gets the first call.
