The Government Digital Registry at gdr.ict.go.ug maps 344+ MDAs and 2,500+ systems for the Ministry of ICT & National Guidance. Procurement and delivery, realistically

We understand PPDA procurement, eGP portal submissions and the documentation evaluation committees expect: technical approach, delivery methodology, team CVs, references and itemised budgets. We also understand donor-funded government work, where World Bank or development-partner financing changes both procurement and payment terms. Delivery is phased with working software at every milestone, so progress is visible to both the technical team and the accounting officer.

Operations after go-live

Government systems do not get to go down quietly. Ours run on infrastructure we operate across three countries, watched around the clock by SENTINEL, our own autonomous security layer that detects and responds to attacks in real time - the same system that protects every server in our fleet. Uptime across the portfolio holds at 99.9%. Handover is equally structured: source code, infrastructure documentation, admin training and a support arrangement sized to the institution, whether that is a full retainer or scheduled quarterly maintenance. Where is government data hosted?

Wherever the institution requires: government data centres, in-country infrastructure we operate, or a hybrid. Data residency requirements are part of the technical design from day one, not an afterthought at deployment.

Do you train ministry staff to run the system?

Yes - handover includes admin training, user documentation and train-the-trainer sessions where required, so the institution can operate day-to-day without depending on us for routine tasks.
