Government Digital Registry
The Ministry of ICT's registry of every government digital system, covering 344+ MDAs and 2,500+ systems on the official government domain. We built it and we still run it, under a multi-year contract with a scheduled review, which means ministry staff use it on a Tuesday afternoon and someone answers when it breaks.

Challenge
The Ministry of ICT had no centralized registry of government digital systems. MDAs operated in silos with no visibility into the national digital landscape.
Solution
Built a secure digital registry with Laravel, featuring MDA registration, system documentation, verification workflows, analytics dashboards, and UCC security audit compliance.
Impact
344+ MDAs registered and 2,500+ government systems documented, on ict.go.ug, past a UCC security audit. Still in service years after launch and still being extended: most of what we ship on it now comes from what ministry staff asked for last month, not from the original scope.
