Client engagements
Software builds, subscriptions and support are governed by the individual proposal or contract we sign with you, including scope, price, payment schedule and timelines. Where a proposal and these terms differ, the proposal wins. Our standard build terms are 50 percent to begin, 40 percent at staging review and 10 percent at go-live, with a 90-day defect warranty after launch.
Ownership
Clients own the code, content and domains we build for them at handover, as stated in each proposal. The content of this website, including case studies, articles and product names, belongs to Information Village Limited and may not be republished without permission.
Products
Our products, including FormGuard, SENTINEL and GetMyCents, carry their own terms presented where you sign up for them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to probe, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or our infrastructure. Our security systems respond to abusive traffic automatically. If you are a security researcher, see our Security page for the responsible disclosure route instead.
Liability and law
Information on this site is provided in good faith but is not advice; we are liable to clients as set out in their individual contracts, and these terms are governed by the laws of Uganda.
