What we collect on this site, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you type, filtered for spam by our own FormGuard service. When you leave a client review we store the review text and name you submit. If you open a private proposal page, a signed cookie remembers that you entered the correct access code for seven days. We also use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read; this is standard, aggregated usage data.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not send marketing email lists. We do not use your data to train AI models, and the AI systems we build for clients are contractually configured the same way.
Who processes data for us
Google Analytics processes anonymous usage statistics. Our own infrastructure, monitored by our SENTINEL security system, hosts everything else on servers we control. No other third party receives data from this site.
Retention and your rights
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation they belong to stays relevant. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for it to be deleted: write to ivilleinc@gmail.com and we respond within four business hours.
Cookies
This site sets a Google Analytics cookie and, only on private proposal pages, an access cookie proving you entered the right code. There are no advertising or tracking cookies beyond that.
